Throughout your cancer journey we understand it can be difficult to make it to your appointments. Keeping your scheduled healthcare appointments is important so that you can continue your treatment plan and stay in contact with your providers.

If you have questions or need help applying for transportation assistance, please call the Oncology clinic at 214-590-5582 or talk with your provider.

Medicaid
If you have Medicaid, you have free transportation to medical appointments.

DART
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) offers online tools to map your trip with bus, rail, Paratransit and other services.

Paratransit shuttle: Curb-to-curb transportation service for people who are unable to use DART’s bus or rail service. If you would like help applying for DART Paratransit, please call 214-590-5582 or talk with your provider.

Offers assistance programs, including transportation vouchers for those who are eligible.

Parkland Senior Outreach Services (SOS)
Serves seniors living in only the following zip codes: 75215, 75216, 75217, 75241
Can be used for non-medical trips. Does not help with dialysis transports.
This service is currently not accepting new patients. Existing users of this service may reach out to their usual contact. 

The Grand Connection (Grand Prairie)
Shuttle service for Grand Prairie residents. Shuttle comes to Parkland 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday dependent on availability, drop-off at 9AM and pick-up at 12PM). Call for an application or click here to complete the electronic application. Wheelchair accessible.
