Getting your Medication

How to get your prescription refills:

1. Online: Ordering your medication can be done conveniently using the Parkland MyChart site.
2. By Phone: Call the phone number on your refill bottle.
3. In person: Stop by the 3rd Floor Pharmacy Consultation Area or at the 1st Floor Pharmacy

If you’re having trouble getting your prescription(s) filled, call the clinic at 214-590-5582.

How to pick up your medication:

Medication pick up is available at Moody Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy, located on the 1st floor of the Moody Outpatient Center.

Parkland pharmacies can notify you via MyChart, phone call, or text message when your prescription is ready. Contact the pharmacy for more details.

Oncology Counseling Services

Your pharmacists want to help you get well and answer your medication questions. We are members of the medical team dedicated to your care and healing.

We also provide Oncology counseling services and refill coordination on the 3rd floor across from Pod 3F. Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 4:45 PM, walk right up, no appointment is needed.

Medication Access

Our Medication Access Technicians (MATs) help you find programs or resources that you may qualify for to help pay for your medicine. They will also help you with the application process.

Disposing of Unused Medications
